Our clinic uses a Standard Fee for each individual treatment provided.  Our Standard Fee Schedule is available for viewing at our clinic.  The amount we bill your insurance company varies, depending on the number of treatments performed during a visit.  If you choose to use an insurance plan, then you may be responsible for a portion of the Standard Fee depending on your insurance plan's health benefits.  Also, Dr. Okerstrom is a preferred provider for many of the common carriers in the area, which can reduce your out-of-pocket costs.   Our office, will attempt to verify benefits in advance of your first appointment. 

For those who wish to pay for services in full on the day of the visit, we offer a discount.  This is our Time-of-Service Discount and it has been calculated to be a flat rate that represents a 30-40% discount from our average Standard Fee.  The fees are as follows:

Chiropractic Exam and Treatment: $95

Chiropractic Follow-up Appointment: $55

WELLNESS PLAN:  For those seeking continuous monthly care, we offer an additional discount for pre-payment through a monthly bank ACH withdraw or monthly credit card charge of $45.  Contact our office for details.
